AU & NZ Priority Delivery
Orders placed will be processed within 3 days (Monday - Friday) and sent via priority post. Delivery will take from 4-9 working days after dispatch depending on the location. You will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once your package(s) have been shipped.
Logistics
We facilitate a direct-to-door logistics chain from our specialised manufacturing partner in China. By eliminating traditional retail overhead and redundant local warehousing, we reinvest those costs into our high-density 50D/75D performance filaments.
Tracking
All orders are sent fully tracked. You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed from our warehouse.
Wrong Address
Please carefully check the shipping address you submit to us. We are unable to change the address once your order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for incorrect address submissions and the subsequent loss of the package and products. We will offer to reship your products at a heavily reduce fee of $25 for orders under $100 and $50 for orders over $100. This offer does not extend to customers outside Australia and New Zealand.
Returns
This return policy is separate to the money back guarantee policy.
We do not accept 'change of mind' returns for non-faulty items. This is because we are unable to resell items that have been returned to us, regardless of their condition. Therefore, please ensure that you have made any enquiries before purchasing and are confident you wish to use the product(s).
If your item is faulty, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or a refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase.
