80g Encrypted Micro-filament
High-density 50D × 75D dual-gauge construction. This "encrypted" matrix (182x108 threads per inch) creates a tortuous pathway that acts as a physical barrier to particulate debris and common sleep-surface contaminants , offering barrier performance equivalent to MERV 12/13 filtration standards.

Hydrophobic Technical PET
A non-reactive synthetic with a moisture regain of <0.4%. Unlike natural fibers that sequester moisture, this structure ensures topical serums remain on the skin surface (bioavailable) rather than being absorbed into the fabric core.

Low-Friction Micro-Gauge
Engineered with a coefficient of friction (CoF) of ~0.25. This ultra-smooth interface reduces mechanical drag by ~43% compared to standard cotton, minimising sleep-induced facial creases and hair cuticle breakage.

Thermal Vapor-Permeability
Calibrated to manage the nocturnal microclimate, facilitating moisture transport at a rate of up to 1,500 𝓖/𝒎² This rapid wicking prevents "wet-skin" friction and maintains barrier integrity without compromising temperature regulation.

The 80g high-density encrypted weave is engineered for high-frequency turnover. Follow these steps to maintain the technical luster and anti-friction properties.

• TEMPERATURE: Machine wash COLD (Max 30°C / 86°F).
• DETERGENT: Use standard liquid detergent.
• PROHIBITED: Do NOT use fabric softeners. Softeners coat the 50D x 75D filaments, dulling the surface and reducing hydrophobic performance.
• ISOLATION: Wash with like colors. Avoid abrasive items (towels, denim, or Velcro) to prevent surface snagging. We recommend using a 'delicates' bag for maximum protection.

METHOD: Air Dry is recommended. Performance PET is hydrophobic and sheds water quickly; it will dry significantly faster than natural fibers.

MACHINE DRY: If using a dryer, use LOW HEAT ONLY. High heat will degrade the tension of the Stay-Put™ 360° industrial elastic.

IRONING: No ironing required. The 80g weight is naturally wrinkle-resistant.

FIT: Once fitted to the pillow, pull to 'tension' & the elastic-hug backing will pull the surface taut, eliminating most fold lines.

Standard Use: Safely extend laundry intervals beyond the weekly standard. Wash before & after travel.
Store in a dry place.
